Return and Exchange Policy: In case the customer requests to cancel the purchase before shipping: The customer has the right to refund the full amount paid if canceled before shipping, and the amount will be refunded within no more than 10 working days from the cancellation of the order and providing the required data for the transfer. In case the customer requests to cancel the purchase after shipping: The customer can return products that they have opened if they are not sound or defective. The store has the right to refuse products if they show signs of poor storage or neglect. If the customer is from Madinah, they will deliver the product to be returned (in its original condition) to the location designated by the store official through WhatsApp contact. If the customer requests an exchange or refund, the customer will bear the full shipping costs unless there is damage to the goods, in which case the store will bear all shipping costs.
